Flat design: No need for an extra amount of clear material — simply apply on a smooth or fully cured surface over any gel or CrystaLac, then cover with Cool Top Gel Universal or Mattever Top Gel.
3D design: Use an extra layer of gel and apply the previously wrinkled foil to the surface with a StickerUp Tweezer, then cover with Cool Top Gel Universal or Mattever Top Gel.

For Swarovski crystals and heavy charms, use a dense builder or specialty decor gel to anchor them firmly, cure fully, and seal around the edges with a high-shine top coat.
