Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or DHL Parcel UK. Please allow up to three working days for delivery. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Orders sent via Royal Mail are tracked through Royal Mail, while orders sent via DHL Parcel UK or DHL Domestic are tracked directly by DHL.

Orders are dispatched only once full payment has been received. For orders paid by PayPal, the delivery address must match the address registered with PayPal.

We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. We also reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain postcodes.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement. If you would prefer not to accept the replacement, you may choose between a voucher refund or waiting until the item is back in stock. If you choose to wait, additional shipping charges may apply unless your complete order is shipped together. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed until contact is made.

Next Day Delivery

To receive your order the next working day, your order and payment must be placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed between 2:00 PM on Thursday and 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, as weekend delivery is not available.

Delivery charges are higher for certain postcodes, including Offshore Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other selected areas across the UK. These postcodes are listed below.

The Isle of Wight is treated as a Special Zone by DHL Parcel UK. If your order is eligible for delivery by Royal Mail instead, the difference in postage will be refunded to you.

Postcode Accuracy

If an incorrect postcode is entered and results in a lower shipping charge being applied, we reserve the right to hold your order until the correct balance has been paid. This also applies to Next Day Delivery orders.

For example, entering FK1 78AB instead of FK17 8AB may result in an incorrect delivery charge being applied.

Only orders shipped to Special Zone postcodes are checked for this type of error. If you have overpaid due to a postcode mistake, this may not be identified automatically on our end. If you contact us to report this, we will refund the difference, less a 20% handling charge.
