Within these terms and conditions - Crystalnails4u Ltd. being "The Seller" and “The Buyer” being the purchaser of any goods purchased from "The Seller" are set out under these terms and conditions.
If you are an Educator or a Distributor for Crystal Nails you will have a signed contract which has outlined and specified your terms and conditions as set out and agreed to by both us "The Seller" and yourselfs.
"The Seller" operates exclusively as a wholesaler, we do not sell directly to the general public and We do not deal with consumer sales. All our sales are TRADE only.
When placing an order with "The Seller" you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purpose of the consumer credit legislation and you are also confirming you are not a consumer for the purpose of the sale of goods legislation. You are confirming that you are in a business purchasing goods for the purpose of business use, not personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website, goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by "The Seller" for any trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing any equipment supplied by "The Seller". If you are a business customer it is your responsibility to ensure you are insured for the products you are using and we reserve the right to ask for proof of your professional status.
When opening a new account with "The Seller" we require photographic proof of your qualification.
When placing an order to purchase a product from "The Seller" you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of the order.
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us only when we despatch that product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched do not form part of that contract.
Please note we require a working contact number, a valid address and a valid email address.
Our main form of communication is via email, although we will try to contact by phone first if theres no response we will email you. "The Seller" accepts no responsibility for your typing errors when inputting your personal data.
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. “The Seller” does not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown. "The Seller" would like to advise"The Buyer" that some products may be in different packaging to originally shown, old or new its a matter of stock availability.
All prices quoted are shown in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. E&OE (errors and omissions expected).
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. It is possible that some of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Customer Payment will always be required before any items are despatched to you. Payment can be made in various ways, We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal payments.

Electronics- All electronics come with a 6 months warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis. Servicing being our first method. if we are unable to repair then we will exchange. You must ensure the product arrives back to the premises (Crystalnails4u Ltd., 34e Moulsham street Chelmsford CM20HY) All returned items must be sent back to us using a registered delivery service. and the shipping expenses are met by yourselfs. You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) Please contact us before sending back any machinery. (we can not repair or exchange items if they don't arrive back to us).
Please note that the warranty on electrical items does not cover any damage caused by liquids or semi-liquids of any description.
All goods must be inspected on delivery and as stated above, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to "The Seller" within 24 hours of receiving.
The seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. This can be subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. As stated in shipping and postage "The Seller" can accept no responsibility for transport delays.
Due to the increase in courier demand over the festive season, we ask you to be aware that we can not guarantee our next day delivery service. “The Seller” reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at any time. "The Seller" takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by "The Seller" without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitoring.
All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer's warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, as stated in our returns policy (please make sure you are sending back the products by recorded sign for royal mail, if the products don’t arrive back we won’t be able to refund). All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee. Please be aware, postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.
These terms and conditions along with all contracts entered into are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.
The risk in all goods passe’s to "The Buyer" upon delivery. The title in the goods remains vested in "The Seller" and shall only be passed from "The Seller" to "The Buyer" upon full payment being made of all sums due, on whatsoever account or grounds, to “The Seller”. "The Buyer" agrees, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, That "The Seller" or appointed agents may enter The Buyers premises to collect such goods should "The Seller" request. Prior to such payment, "The Buyer" shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to "The Seller" should "The Seller" request.
